Section 79.
All prior acts or parts of acts to incorporate the city of Falls City, or the town of Falls City,
in Polk County, Oregon, and all amendments thereto, whether in conflict with this act or otherwise,
are hereby repealed; and this act, from and after its passage, shall be and is the only act in
force and effect concerning such incorporation, or any matter pertaining thereto.
