Section 2.
The corporate limits of the said Falls City shall be as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the donation land claim of Theodore C. Tharp, notification
No. 6743, claim No. 55, in township 8 south, range 6 west of the Willamette Meridian, in the
County of Polk, and State of Oregon; thence west eighty chains; thence south seventy-two chains;
thence east one hundred and one and sixth tenths chains; thence north three degrees thirty
minutes east seventy-two and twenty hundredths chains to a point east of the place of beginning;
thence west twenty-five and fourty-one hundredths chains to the place of the beginning.
