A mass meeting is to be held at the Gem Theatre Tuesday night March 23 for the purpose of discussing the proposed ammendments to the Charter. There are six proposed ammendments and the pamphlets are ready for distribution to the voters that they may post themselves with regard to the desirability of the proposed change. Some of the changes are long. The voters should take the time to study and thoroughly understand them before voting. Too often people will vote against a measure they do not understand rather than take the time to study it out and in this way many a good measure is defeated.
