Section 1
The inhabitants of "Falls City," in the county of Polk, and State of Oregon, and their successors within the limits hereinafter prescribed, are hereby constituted, created, and established a body corporate forever, by the name and style of "Falls City;" and by that name and style shall have perpetual succession, the right to sue and be sued, acquire and hold real and personal property within and without such hereinafter described limits, for any public, municipal, educational or charitable purposes, and dispose of the same for the common benefit; to have and use a seal and alter the same at pleasure and possess all the rights and powers incident to a municipal corporation.
