Section 73
All ordinances of the city of Falls City in force and effect when this act takes effect shall be and remain in full force and effect after this act takes effect, and thereafter until regularly repealed by the city council. All rights vested or liabilities incurred under any prior act or incorporation of the town of Falls City or city of Falls City, or acts amendatory thereof, or any town ordinance or city ordinance, when this act takes effect, shall not thereby be lost, impaired, or discharged, but shall remain in full force, effect, and virtue, and of the statutes prior to taking effect of this act.
